The accident occurred on the evening of April 13, 2024, on Binjiang East Road in Liubei District, Liuzhou. According to Ms. Wang, her father was riding a bicycle across the road when he was struck by the SUV, flown several meters away, and suffered injuries including six broken ribs and a compressed fracture of the spine
Questions Over Alcohol Testing

She said that although the police collected the driver’s blood sample on the night of the accident, it was not sent to the disease control center for testing until three days later.
